Q: How many years have you been operating?
A: Our doors first opened in 1980, as Leach & Sons Transportation. Since then, we've taken on new challenges and new capabilities. Of those customers who were with us from the outset, almost all remain with us today.

Q: What type of buildings are in your inventory?
A: Our buildings are tilt-up concrete and have 24-hour security. Each building meets and exceeds fire codes, is completely alarmed, and is fully piped for overhead sprinklers.

Q: How do you control inventory?
A: Our combination of personnel and software (Maves Warehouse System Software) ensure that we're always aware of the status of inventory, activity, and cycle control.

Q: How much square footage do you offer?
A: We offer 600,000-square-feet of space for storage and processing.

Q: Are you certified for organic and kosher processing?
A: Yes. And yes.

Q: Do you offer pallet racking and if so do you charge per pallet or per square foot?
A: Yes, pallet racking is available along with square footage that is determined by customer needs.

Q: Any access or transportation issues I need to know of?
A: Quite the opposite. In fact, access is simple and thorough. We have -- rail access, Interstate 80 - the nation's main east-west artery -- is virtually out our back door, and Reno/Tahoe International Airport is ten minutes away.

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Our office hours are 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
